Fabienne Antoine is Consultant at Galilei. She started her career at Randstad in 2007 as HR Consultant for the HR Consulting division. In 2008 she joined the Galilei team for the first time and became in charge of the coordination of the reconversion cell. Early 2009 she became Consultant at Galilei. She started her career in education, but after only two years she enrolled for an evening Master's course Employment Sciences. Fabienne has a broad experience in human resources and recruitment. She is currently focusing on the subareas of career transition and individual coaching of employees and executives. She still coordinates the reconversions and employment cells, mainly in Wallonia.

Prisca Buysmans is Consultant at Galilei. She has more than 10 years of experience as a consultant at Randstad. She has been in charge for the recruitment and selection of several office profiles and she has maintained close commercial contacts with HR managers. When Renault was shut down Prisca assisted in the outplacement coaching of Joroca employees and her interest for this sector grew. In 2007 she switched to Galilei. Here, she works as a coach in outplacement and inplacement and she assists mainly office staff and executives, both individually and collectively. Prisca Buysmans has a Master degree in translation English & Spanish, complemented with a postgraduate in Business Management and an MBA (VUB).

Ann Clauws is Consultant at Galilei. She has more than 20 years of business experience in large international organisations like C&A, ISS and DHL. She started her career as Training and Development Coordinator and then gained management experience as Region Manager, Operations Manager and HR Manager. Ann has broad experience with reorganisations, change processes and leadership development within organisations. At Galilei she works in the domains of career development, leadership development, coaching and outplacement of executives. Ann is a certified Personal Coach and has an HR Master’s degree from Vlerick and attended the Middle Management programme at Vlerick.

Catherine Christou is Consultant at Galilei and has more than 10 years of experience in HR. Large part of this experience was gained at pharmaceutical company Pfizer, where she also assisted the closure of the production unit in Jette (Brussels region). Since that time she has worked as a freelance consultant with expertise in the area of career transition (in- and outplacement), both for individual and collective coaching of manual workers, employees and executives. She has an in-depth knowledge of recruitment and selection and competency, development & assessment centres. Catherine has a Master’s degree in Business and Industrial Psychology (ULB) and is a qualified teacher. She is still involved in work placement coaching at the faculty.

Yo Deckers is Consultant at Galilei. She has 20 years of experience in HR, 19 of which in the Randstad group where she has held several positions. As a consultant she gained broad experience in terms of recruitment and selection. In addition, she has also been active in commercial aspects, coaching of new employees, starting up new divisions and as HR project coordinator. In 2004 she moved to the Recruitment & Selection/Outplacement division where she built up expertise in the field of assessments and outplacement. Later she specialised in Outplacement and Career Services. With dedication, enthusiasm and empathy she coaches organisations, employees, managers and executives in different sectors. Her focus is on change processes, in- and outplacement, coaching, leadership and talent development. In terms of outplacement Yo also has experience in coaching organisations through reorganisations and career transition cells.

Colette Derwa is consultant with Galilei. After obtaining a Master’s degree in Labour Psychology she spent a few years as Researcher with the University of Liège. She then decided to work in the HR field by joining PriceWaterhouseCoopers where she was outsourced to several companies in Belgium and the Netherlands. At a next stage of 7 years, she became a HR manager of steel manufacturing plant and also built her expertise in career development and talent management. In 2007 she joined Randstad HR Consulting and worked as an Interim Manager for several companies such as Magotteaux, Techspace Aero, IBA, TNT Express, Coca Cola,  BNP Paribas Fortis, SPF Santé Publique, Sécurité de la Chaîne Alimentaire et Environnement. In April 2012 she moved to Galilei where she delivers individual outplacement programs and supports the Career Services division.

Regine Desmet is Consultant at Galilei. After her bachelor Expedition and Management Assistant she started her career with an international company in Liege as Management Assistant. After 4 years she made the transition to a training centre in Liege, where she assisted companies like Ethias, Coca-Cola and Electrabel in giving tailor-made training. In addition, she was involved in the start-up of a sister company in Brussels and attended lots of additional training courses. Since 2001 Regine forms part of the Randstad group where, besides recruiting manual workers and employees, she also gave job application training in schools. As a senior consultant she remained commercially active and therefore she now has a broad knowledge of the job market in West-Vlaanderen. Fascinated by HR, assisting and coaching people, she has been active as an outplacement consultant in collective and individual programmes for manual workers and office staff since 2009.

Muriel De Bock is Consultant at Galilei. After her studies as a Corporate and Industrial Psychologist, she got a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organisationak theory at the Solvay Business School and attended a two-year training in Coaching (CFIP). In the meantime, she has more than 10 years of experience in HR in the pharmaceutical industry where she was responsible for recruitment, training and HR projects. Then she started a career as self-employed consultant, where she advises companies in terms of outplacement, inplacement and coaching. In addition she coaches private individuals in career transition, job furtherance, stress management, bullying at work, life coaching and life project. Muriel is Change Management expert and lived abroad for quite some time (California, USA).

Didier de Laminne de Bex is Consultant at Galilei. After a short experience in the medical sector Didier became management assistant at Interlabor (Randstad Holding) in 1978. Until 1986 he held several positions in the area of recruitment, selection, training and information management. From 1986 to 1990 he was responsible for the internal and external communication and in 1991 he became Press & Public Relations Manager for the Randstad group. He developed lots of information and communication activities for the press and was also active in lobbying towards influentials in the job market. In 2006 he became an outplacement consultant. Didier has been a member of the Belgian Centre for Public Relations since 1986. In addition, he was Director and Chairman of the Belgian Association for Corporate Press.

Nele De Muynck is Consultant at Galilei. She started her career at Randstad where she was in charge of the recruitment of manual workers and the development and maintenance of commercial relations with production companies and prospects in and around Ghent for several years. She moved on to Randstad Recruitment & Selection where she was responsible for taking testing and assessments, screening of candidates and following up procedures. Since 2008 she forms part of the Galilei team where she assists manual workers and office staff in collective and individual cases. She also offers career coaching and has acquired experience in terms of coaching. After her Sociology education at the University of Ghent she followed an additional HR training at Vlerick Management School.

Lieve Feyaerts has been a Consultant at Galilei since 2007 and is happy to coach both individual candidates and groups. Since 1989 she has worked within the Randstad group, where she has held different positions. She started at the Human Resources department of Interlabor as recruiter and member of staff and then made the move to a commercial position. Since 1999 she has been involved in setting up the Randstad Recruitment & Selection division and as a senior consultant she acquired expertise in assessment and development centres. She has experience in coaching internal promotions, career development and was previously active in outplacement coaching of employees and executives in the Randstad Outplacement division. Lieve has a Master’s degree in Psychological Sciences (KU Leuven) and attended a postgraduate course in Business Economics at Vlekho.

Annik Goudsmet is Consultant at Galilei. She graduated as Commercial Engineer at the Solvay Business School (ULB). In addition, she is Executive Master in Marketing & Advertising, NLP Master Practitioner, certified coach and Personal Branding Strategist. She integrates the ‘Personal Branding’ process through coaching and career coaching because clear, distinctive positioning is a key to success in an internal or external career transition. Annik started her career in banking at Morgan Guaranty Trust of New York Cy (Euroclear) and then held several management positions at leading SMEs in a wide variety of sectors. Then she returned to the Solvay Business School where she was in charge of the CEPAC (Executive Programme in General Management). Lydia Henderickx is Consultant at Galilei. She started out as a teacher, and from 1988 she developed her career within the Randstad group. She built up more than 20 years of experience of commercial consultant, account manager to internal trainer and coach. As an Outplacement Consultant she supports manual workers, professionals and managers in their career transition. Since 2009 she has also been active as a career coach and personal business coach, for which she uses a person- and development-oriented approach. Lydias is an NLP master and Professional Certified Coach. In her position of career consultant and coach she has the capacity to feel people, to motivate, challenge and move them towards new perspectives. From a valuing approach she offers candidates maximum support in the search for professional challenges where talents and quality are fully appreciated.

Anne-France Herbillon is Consultant at Galilei. She has 14 years of HR experience at Randstad as a recruitment consultant with expertise in different sectors (healthcare, industry and office). After that she dedicated herself to the training, coaching and development of Randstad employees for the French-speaking part of the country. Anne-France is specialised in training and coaching of trainers and in everything related to learning and managing groups. She is also responsible for a commercial coaching project at national level. Thanks to her wide professional experience she has been able to develop additional competences, such as in the field of team management and commercial skills.

Inge Ketels is a consultant at Galilei. As bio-engineer with a post graduate degree in anthropology she has professional experience since 1994. She worked as a project manager for several organisations like the  Vlaamse Maatschappij voor Watervoorziening, Streekplatform Midden-Limburg and Regionaal Landschap Hoge Kempen. Here she developed her expertise on vision formation and project management. Inge followed additional training courses on communication, personal development and coaching. Since 2001 she teaches training courses on these subjects and coaches people sinfully developing their potential. In 2006 Inge joined Galilei, where she passionately assists people both in group and individually, in their transition process.

Jacqueline Leroy is Consultant with Galilei since 2012. She is a specialist in coaching, training, outplacement in businesses, orientation and management of individual's career. Jacqueline worked for 18 years in human resource departments in Europe and Asia as coach, HR consultant, recruitment manager and specialist in outplacement and inplacement. Her role is to assist people who work in a business or who are self-employed on a practical way in order to help them improve their efficiency, their employability and their quality of life. Her aim is to identify a person or a team's needs in the framework of a change of management and to offer them assistance in the learning of new skills.

Anne Louwagie is consultant at Galilei since 2007. She started her career in the HR department of EDS, where she was responsible, among other things, for the foreign employees. She then moved on to a position as personnel manager at the high school for Science & Arts. Besides the legal work she was also in charge of recruitment, budgeting and well-being at work and she was also the permanent reporter of the board. Since 2006 she has been active as an independent consultant for a selection and HR agency and assists individual and collective outplacement programmes for Galilei. Anne's holds a BA in law (KULeuven) and obtained a special degree in business economics (VUB). She speaks Dutch and fluent French and English.

Ghislaine Lucas is Consultant at Galilei. She has built up more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and started her career in the insurance business. Then she worked for two pharmaceutical multinationals, GSK Biologicals and UCB, for quite some time. Her areas of expertise include recruitment and selection, individual and collective training & development and career management (competency models, succession planning and talent development review). She got a Master’s degree in classical philology and a Master’s degree in Employment sciences from the ULB. Since 2008 she has been using her expertise at Galilei in the field of outplacement and career services.

Marie-Noëlle Massant is Consultant at Galilei and conducts both individual and collective coaching, mainly in the Walloon region. She has 2 Master’s degrees: in Political Sciences and as Translator-Interpreter. Twenty years ago she started her career in recruitment working for 2 different executive search agencies. Then she worked in outplacement for 4 years at Right Associates until she set up her own furniture business in 1996. She positioned a strong brand on an international level and developed a network of distributors and privileged partners in 42 countries. Early 2007 she decided to return to her first career and joined the Galilei team as consultant to share her experiences as recruitment manager and entrepreneur with candidates.

Patricia Mayérus is Consultant at Galilei. She has broad HR experience, both in business life and in the consultancy trade. Since 1997 her major areas of expertise include career transition (outplacement, inplacement, career coaching), individual development coaching (leadership, communication, performance, change management) and training. In addition she also gained experience in recruitment, selection, assessment & development centres. Besides Consultant she is also a lecturer for the special Master’s programme in Human Resources Management. Patricia also trains coaches. She has a Master’s degree in Social and Labour psychology and she is a qualified teacher. In addition, she is a certified professional coach.

Laurence Merlin is Consultant at Galilei. Besides a special degree in Human Resources Management, she was also trained in coaching techniques. Laurence masters several personal development techniques. After a 6-year career as HR adviser she joined the HR consultants team of Randstad Professionals 5 years ago. Her positions have included Payroll Officer and recruitment manager.

Ann Moons is Consultant at Galilei. In 1995 she graduated as Bachelor in Marketing and worked in a commercial positions for some years. Since 1998 she has worked for Randstad, until 2006 in charge of recruitment of office staff for several companies. She also used to give training to starting consultants. From 2007 onwards she has worked for Randstad Recruitment & Selection where her main tasks included performing assessments and recruitment assignments. Since the end of 2008 Ann forms part of the Galilei team and assists manual workers and office staff both in group and individually.

Jo Mussely is Industrial Engineer and Master in Industrial Management and started his career at the Société Gérérale/Generale Maatschappij in the computer service branch. After 15 years he switched to retail business as Logistics and Technical Manager. In 1998 he gave a new direction to his career and realised a few crisis assignments for the Toyota Belgium group. Since 2002 he has been Human Resources Director in the Toyota group. In 2009 he decided to give a new direction to his career and start assisting and coaching people for re-orientation of their career or the search for a new job. Jo has broad experience in various sectors at middle and top management level and also has experienced lots of re-organisations, as involved, negotiator, and executor. Coaching people, both professionally and privately, is what he has been doing for many years. His challenge is to help candidates in outplacement to define their objective, to stay focused and to stimulate them to continue this search with the required sense of reality.

Marc Perneel is Consultant at Galilei. After his education as psychotherapist he worked as a self-employed therapist for 14 years. After that he worked in the business world as recruiter and trainer, and later switched to crisis management. After an instructive sabbatical the thread of his professional life continued to be ‘coaching’ people. He does so in the context of outplacement at Galilei and in the context of recruitment and coaching of higher profiles for Bethsaïd consulting.

Patrick Piret-Gérard is senior consultant with Galilei. He has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources management and consultancy.  Since 1988 he has focused on coaching & personal development, change management and organisational strategy implementation.  He joined Right Management Consultants in 1998 and specialised in career transition as from 1999, by delivering inplacement, outplacement and leadership development programs.  Since 2006 he is with Galilei as Associate Consultant.

Véréna Pitz is Consultant at Galilei. She has a Master’s degree in Applied Economic Sciences of the UCL/IAG and started her career at Deloitte Haskins & Sels as an auditor. After about three years she moved to Robert Half International as a recruitment consultant. For fifteen years she worked as Senior Consultant for the recruitment of financial, legal and banking profiles at all levels for Belgian and foreign multinationals. Then she returned to business life as Financial Manager, but she soon reached the conclusion that her real interest lies with the human factor. She started working at Randstad as consultant and worked in the bank sector (Fortis) and the distribution world (Delhaize) as HR business partner. Early 2009 she made the transition to Galilei.

Marianne Requilé is Consultant at Galilei and works as a self-employed labour and organisation psychologist since 1994. In 1998 she founded Triam bvba which is specialised in organising training courses. Coaching and reorienting jobseekers towards a new job is a major part of this. Job application training and group dynamics have also been part of her activities for many years. As a certified Enneagram trainer/coach she entered the Galilei outplacement story with full dedication in 2007. Besides running her own company, she derives new energy from assisting and coaching people and teams.

Katleen Schouterden is Consultant at Galilei. After her studies as Master in Clinical Psychology she gathered a strong practical experience in HR for more than 14 years. At Randstad Recruitment & Selection she specialised as a consultant in performing assessment and development centres and then managed a team in the capacity of Business Manager. Based on her passion to coach people in their professional and personal development, she started as a freelance consultant/trainer/coach two years ago. In the meantime she has successfully completed a two-year coaching training via The Coaching Square and now presents herself as an International Certified Coach.

Mien Smeyers is Consultant at Galilei. Besides her degree in social work, she attended additional training courses in sales, job market and HR items. Since January 2009 she is employed at consultant at Galilei where she is responsible for sales and delivery, individual and group. She started to work at Randstad Belgium in 1990, the first year as a consultant and from 1991 as manager. Mien has 19 years of experience in HR and has a broad knowledge of the job market in the Kempen region.

Bert Stas is Consultant with Galilei since 2012. He obtained a masters in German Philology and Marketing Management and started his career in 1988 with ING. His first role was Branch Manager and later on he moved into Marketing and Public Relations. After a short stint in the internet industry he joined a company active in fresh foods and was their Marketing Manager for more than 10 years. In 2011 Bert decided to take on a new career and he studied Systemic NLP, Coaching and Creative Thinking. Bert has a passion for people's potential. He wants to inspire and make people enthusiastic to explore their goals and to make choices. At the same time he wants to challenge them to take responsibility and to grab their chances. He uses his longstanding experience gained in sales, sales support, marketing, communications and people management while delivering training courses and coaching sessions. This makes him a results-oriented trainer and coach, focusing on the daily reality his clients are faced with.

Alick Sytor has been a consultant at Galilei since 2002. He started his career as Financial Analyst and Financial Controller at Renault and Wang Europe. Then he developed a successful international career as Sales Manager and Regional Director at large American, French and German enterprises. He was in charge of the marketing and sale of global ICT services and solutions. Alick studied economics and specialised in Business Administration.

Valérie Tonneau is Consultant at Galilei. In 1995 she started to work for Interlabor – now Randstad – as a recruitment consultant in the Liege office where she recruited and selected office staff and executive profiles. Then she became Assistant Manager of the Sales & Promotion department where she became in charge of recruitment and selection of distribution-related profiles, for commercial prospection and follow-up. She also had the operational responsibility for a team of six people supporting the manager. In 2009 she joined Galilei. As Office Assistant she learned the ins and outs of the business. She was also in charge of assisting the Cevora groups and alternated this with operational management of the branches in Jambes and Liege. Since January 2011 she is exclusively dedicated to the individual and collective coaching of candidates in Liege and Verviers.

Annelore Vanderginst is Consultant at Galilei. She has been active as outplacement consultant since 2008 both in individual and collective programmes. Before that she was employed as trainer and coach within the sales sector where she coached individuals and teams in terms of customer orientation, personal growth and group dynamics. Therefore she has been able to build up years of experience in assisting, training and coaching outside Randstad. This broad experience of coaching and managing people made her arrive at her current place of work Randstad. Besides certified coach she is master in NLP and family and organisation facilitator.

Hilde Vanhaeren started working as a Consultant at Galilei in July 2011. After her social work-personnel work training she started to work as recruitment consultant. She worked as Office Manager and was in charge for the coaching of the Office Managers in different branches in Limburg. As a result she has acquired years of experience in assisting and coaching employees. Since June 2000 she has worked as an outplacement consultant where she coaches both manual workers and office staff individually and collectively. As a certified coach she also does career coaching. Hilde aims to support people enthusiastically and with an empathic attitude in their personal development and growth while respecting the uniqueness of the individual.

Isabelle Vanlerberghe is Consultant at Galilei. She has worked for Randstad group since June 1997. After a while she combined her job as a consultant for manual workers, employees, executives and technicians with maintaining contacts with local schools and authorities. For example, she gave job application training to recently graduated students. In that position she also developed commercial contacts with production companies in Waregem and surroundings. Since November 2008 she has worked as an outplacement consultant in both collective and individual programmes for manual workers and employees. Since 2011 she has also specialised in career coaching (Galilei Career Focus) and job coaching of employed candidates. She has a degree in Administration-Languages (English-Spanish) which she complemented with a bachelor in Family Sciences at HUB-EHSAL Brussels, a training which focuses on psychosocial assistance, among others.

Elsje Vanstechelman is Consultant at Galilei. She started her career as recruiter and combined this position with commercial assignments. For the Randstad group she performed internal and external training assignments. Since 2005 she focuses on career coaching, coaching and outplacement, both in individual and collective cases. As project leader she coordinated a number of large reorganisation and liquidations. She assists groups and individuals in change processes, facilitates workshops on growing in leadership and as a certified coach she assists people and organisations in reaching their goals. Elsje has a Master’s degree in Translation English-Spanish and attended lots of training courses including ‘coach-the-coach’, ‘train-the-trainer’, commercial training, social legislation, ... In her approach she integrates elements of NLP and likes to pay attention to personal branding and non-verbal communication. Quality, integrity and fun are her focus.

Frans van de Ven est consultant chez Galilei. Frans a 20 d'expérience en entreprise au sein de grandes organisations internationales. Il a débuté sa carrière dans le Information Management chez IBM et Siemens. Après 5 années comme Management Consultant chez Cooper & Lybrand, il est passé chez Johnson & Johnson où, pendant 10 ans, il a eu plusieurs fonctions dans le département Ressources Humaines; il fut les 4 dernières années Director Talent Management pour la production chimique et phamarceutique mondiale. Frans a des masters en Information Management et Ressources Humaines ainsi qu'un post-graduat en Business Administration. Il est certifié Project Trainer/Coach et Career Coach. Le développement des activités dans le domaine de la transition de carrière, le leadership development et le coaching sont ses principales activités chez Galilei. Frans est trilingue Néerlandais, Anglais et Français.

Chris Van den Bergh has worked as a consultant for Galilei since 2007. She has more than 15 years of experience as a personal development coach. With great dedication and passion she coaches manual workers and employees, both individually and in group, from several reorganisations. Chris started her career in the food industry and then moved to petrochemistry. There she was closely involved in the reorganisation from Elf to Total. As a graduated Biochemist Chris attended further training in psychology, coaching, communication and burn-out therapy.

Kathleen van der Hooft is Consultant at Galilei. After her Master’s degree in Moral Science and in Criminology she started her career in education. Shortly afterwards she became active in special youth welfare work and in an international student exchange organisation. In the meanwhile she was bitten by the political microbe and held different mandates on a local, provincial and federal level. She is mainly interested in social affairs and employment. As a result, Kathleen has built up a solid knowledge of the public sector. Her experience in outplacement started with Claessens. After a political stop she joined Galilei in 2006. Kathleen now coaches both groups and individual candidates towards different levels.

Pascale Van houte is Consultant at Galilei and started her career in the medical temporary work sector. She has worked for Randstad for more than 13 years now and started as recruitment consultant at the Interlabor branch in Anderlecht where she recruited administrative and industrial personnel. After one year and a half she became manager of 2 Brussels branches where she was managing more than 10 consultants. She successfully developed both branches thanks to the high-quality and human-focused approach. At the end of 2006 she took the challenge to become manager of the Strombeek-Bever branch where she became commercial manager and where she managed a team of more than 10 consultants for the regions Brussels and Vlaams-Brabant. She has broad experience in outplacement in the context of reorganisations and outplacement projects of large groups. Since August 2010 she has coached individual and group processes for manual workers, employees and executives with great dedication, enthusiasm and empathy.

Nils Van Uffelen is Consultant at Galilei. He started his career in the ICT world in several management positions. After 16 years he exchanged the bits and bites for the world of HR. For 5 years he managed a medium-sized temporary work, recruitment and selection agency where he was also closely involved in the career coaching of the internal employees. An Van Weverberg is Consultant at Galilei. She has a Master’s degree in Pedagogic Science. She has worked for Randstad group since 2000. She gathered 10 years of experience in the recruitment and selection of manual workers and employees, and has established contacts with several companies in the region of Asse, Aalst, Merchtem, Ternat and Groot-Bijgaarden. In addition, An has always keenly participated in training and coaching of new colleagues. Since 2009 she made the transition to Galilei, where she coaches outplacement and career processes for manual workers and office staff.

Véronique Wertz is Consultant at Galilei. She has more than 25 years of experience in recruitment, evaluation and assessment of competences. She started her career as consultant in recruitment and individual assessment. In 1989 she set up Omnisearch, an agency specialised in HR consultancy, coaching, assessment and competence evaluation. In this respect she entered into a partnership with the Brann KI group (specialised in direct marketing) and built up a consultant team specialised in call centres. She also set up the Recruitment/Evaluation/Mobility department for the internal and external employees of the group. From 2000 to 2006 she developed a major side activity: the publication of psychological tests for companies, the clinical sector and schools. Véronique is a Master in Clinical Psychology and followed additional training in neuropsychology.
