Pascale Bastin is Managing Partner at Galaxis. From 2008 to 2011 she was General Manager at Galilei. She started her career as consultant at an executive search firm and was then employed by the Olivetti Group. For 10 years she held several HR positions, in a diversity of domains such as recruitment, training, management and organisation development. Later she became responsible for the development and implementation of a corporate training and training strategy for the group at a European level. In 1993 she started working at Claessens Outplacement as Senior Consultant. Pascale coached a large number of employees and managers in their career transition process. She helped them develop their own career plan. Pascale has a keen interest in everything related to career coaching and development and aims to help individuals and companies to make maximum use of their resources.

Patrick van der Plancke is Executive Consultant at Galilei. His experience of more than 30 years includes areas such as marketing, strategic planning, public relations and human resources management. Patrick has worked at the Royal/Dutch Shell Group for 25 years, where he held several positions in the Petroleum, Petrochemistry and Coal divisions, both in Belgium and abroad (United States, South-Africa, the UK, the Netherlands). His last position was Human Resources Manager of Belgian Shell. In 1993 he commenced employment at Right Management Consultant as Senior Consultant. Since then he has been active in outplacement coaching and career advice. Patrick van der Plancke is Commercial Engineer (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven) and Master in Business Administration (University of Chicago).

François Van Vyve is Managing Partner at Galaxis. From 2002 to 2008 he was General Manager at Galilei. François has more than 20 years of experience in coaching people in changing situations, more specifically in career coaching. As one of the pioneers of the concept in Belgium, he successfully started up outplacement activities. He played a key role in the sector as co-founder of the association of outplacement and consultant firms in Belgium. François developed a human resources consulting practice with 41 staff members and acquired great respect in both a business and social environment. François supported organisations in large projects aimed at the development of internal and external mobility. He has a Law degree and a postgraduate degree in Management. The last 15 years he further qualified and certified himself in areas such as career coaching, career and leadership development and coaching of top managers.
