Isabelle Dauwe is Management Assistant at Galilei. She started her career as assistant for a well-known headhunter in Brussels, where she got to know the ins and outs of HR and the versatility of the job for 10 years. Then she started working as management assistant at Vedior group for Atoll, a company which belongs to the Vedior group. Isabelle was directly involved in all management projects and responsible for marketing and communication. She also gained quite some experience with the merger of Vedior and Randstad, in integration projects, change processes and all human aspects. She has now been working for Galilei as Management Assistant and Marketing and Communication manager at national level for 2 years.

Ann Debraine is Operations Leader at Galilei. Since December 2008 she works as outplacement coach both in individual and collective programmes. In addition, she takes care of the commercial follow-up of several accounts. Her career at Randstad started in 2000, first as a consultant in Halle, and then as senior consultant in Ninove. She was previously employed as an assistant to deprived groups, where her main task was to organise training and assist candidates during the training. This gave her more than 10 years of experience in assisting, training and coaching outside Randstad. This broad experience of assisting and management people made her arrive at her current place of work. As a graduated social worked she also attended additional training in coaching.

Maryline Decat is Office Assistant at Galilei. After her Tourism degree at Erasmus university college in Brussels, she had her first work experience at tour operator Sunjets, as a travel agent. Then she started working as an employee for insurance company Corona Direct. In January 2007 Maryline joined Galilei Woluwe where she gives administrative support to both consultants and candidates. She is also in charge of accurate project monitoring.

Renaud Degrez is Business Analist at Galilei. He is a qualified secondary school teacher for French and History, but Renaud is passionate about IT. After a career in education, he started working for BNP Paribas Fortis. Renaud specialises in international electronic payments and becomes Process Manager Electronic Cross-Border Payments. In that period he took part in the preparations for the arrival of the euro. Then, Renaud moved to an ICT company and helped to set up the service desk for the IT Centre of the Brussels Region (CIBG). Because the human aspects become more and more important, Renaud joined the HR department of the CIBG where he became ICT recruiter. Then he grabbed the chance to set up and ICT department for Wallonia for Randstad Professionals. Two years later Renaud moves to Galilei.

An Delombaerde is Operations Leader at Galilei. She is an HR professional with extensive knowledge of the employment market in West-Vlaanderen and Oost-Vlaanderen. An has about seven years experience in assistance, training and coaching. Since 2006 she works as outplacement coach and in job coaching both in collective and individual programmes. In addition, she takes care of the commercial follow-up of several accounts. She has an extensive experience in reorganisation files and career transition cells. As a graduated social worker-personnel work she also attended additional training courses in commercial work and coaching.

Catherine Demanet is Operations Leader at Galilei. She started her career at the Partena personnel administration department. She soon became in charge of the recruitment of permanent employees. Then she was entrusted with internal HR communication and cooperated in several HR projects including the welcoming of new employees, the implementation of an evaluation system and job descriptions. After 8 years at Partena Catherine wanted to add new fervour to her career at Randstad where she became HR Officer. Then she moved to Randstad Recruitment and Selection. Catherine has now worked at the Galilei Outplacement department in Wallonia for three years. Catherine has a Master's degree in Commercial and Financial science, specialised in HR.

Caroline Deruyttere is Operations Leader at Galilei. She started her career with an international research firm in Brussels where she learned everything about executive search. As Operations Manager she led a team of 10 researches and maintained customer contacts across Europe. Then she started a self-employed business as freelance sourcer/researcher and worked for several headhunters in Belgium. In 1998 she started working at Cisco Systems as Central Sourcing Program Manager where she had the task to set up an in-house research team. A year later she became Recruitment Manager Finance for EMEA. With a team of 5 people she recruited financial, legal, leasing and HR profiles across Europe. In 2003 she started working at Galilei. She obtained a Master's degree in translation Dutch-English-Spanish (HIVT-RUCA in Antwerp) and complemented this degree with a postgraduate study on Translating at a European level at KU Leuven.

Gwen De Pooter is Project Coordinator at Galilei. She graduated as a social worker-personnel work in 2003 and started working for Galilei after a first short work experience. As Assistant she helped develop the Antwerp branch. She was closely involved in the development and implementation of the new internal IT system at Galilei and she was in charge of the training of employees. Today, Gwen is in charge of the coordination of a number of large national projects, the career coaching project ‘Career Focus’ and the processes within Career Services. In doing so, she makes daily use of her planning and organisation talent.

Peggy Gilles is Office Assistant at Galilei. She started her career as administrative consultant at Randstad in 2000 and soon moved on to the recruitment and selection of temporary personnel. After that she wanted to take another professional course as a commercial consultant. After a few years she decided to return to recruitment and selection and she became senior interim consultant. In May 2011 she joined Galilei as Assistant at the Outplacement department in Wallonia. Peggy has a degree in Communication, specialised in Management-Promotion.

Evelien Heremans is Office Assistant at Galilei. She started her career in a commercial office position but decided to move to the temporary work sector before long. Evelien started working at Randstad in the autumn of 2003. She was responsible for the recruitment, selection and testing of employees, and later financial profiles, in the Ghent region. Since the autumn of 2009 she is part of the Galilei team in Merelbeke where she is in charge of the accurate administrative processing of accounts and projects, reception of candidates and support to consultants.

Petra Ivens is Operations Leader with Galilei. Commercial follow-up of accounts and customers is her cup of tea. Petra’s career at Randstad started in 1997, first as Consultant, then as Branch Manager. The past 5 years she has been sales manager for 8 branches and she was in charge of the assistance and development of a team of 25 people. She has a keen interest in talent management and giving training. Besides her study of German languages, Petra has attended additional training courses in sales and people management.

Katty Maes is Office Assistant at Galilei. After her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1991, she started working at NVKVV. There, she was responsible for the organisation and administration of refresher courses for nurses. From 2000 onwards Katty steered the activities of animal health and in vitro diagnostics companies in the right direction for pharma.be, the professional association of the pharmaceutical industry. In September 2006 she made the transition to Randstad: first with Randstad Recruitment and Selection and from March 2007 fulltime at Galilei. Due to her interest for travelling, languages and people in general she is open to all cultures. She makes sure that candidates feel welcome. Her organisation and administration talent guarantees the smooth running of operations at Galilei Strombeek

Clotilde Mignot is Invoicing Coordinator at Galilei. After studying Economic Sciences in Louvain-la-Neuve she started working for Galilei in 2003, still a very young company at the time, where she was in charge of the administrative support of people in coaching programmes, planning seminars and the daily management of the branch. When Galilei was taken over by Randstad she became billing manager at national level. In order to develop other competences, she also manages national and international projects and is in charge of updating the internet and extranet site.

Since 2004 Françoise Nicolay has been a fully dedicated Office Assistant for candidates at Galilei. She welcomes the candidates and gives them a pleasant introduction in the world of outplacement. She also makes sure that, in logistic terms, the candidates in Woluwe are lacking in nothing. Before that she assisted her husband in his vet practice.

Nathalie Scaillet is Assistant at Galilei Wallonia. She has a Master’s degree in Economics and a qualified teaching degree from UCL. She started her career in 1986 in education as an economics and IT teacher. In 1992 she joined the world of temporary work as Office Manager for several regions (Mons, Namur, Marche en Famenne, Charleroi). From March 2009 she has been in charge of the Service Cheques (Dienstenscheques) division at Randstad. Since July 2011 Nathalie has been working in outplacement at Galilei where her experience of over 16 years in the temporary work sector, as well as her knowledge of the job market can be fully used at the service of the candidates.

Annick Theunissen is Office Assistant at Galilei since 2006. After a university college education Management Assistant and Marketing she started as administrative manager at Interjobs in Hasselt. When Interjobs merged with Flex she became in charge of the service group of Flex Interim in Brussels. After 5 years Annick returned to Limburg where she became a Randstad consultant until 2005.

Bea Van Nuffelen is Office Assistant at Galilei. She has worked for Randstad since 2006. Bea started as recruitment consultant at Randstad in Mechelen, where she was in charge of the recruitment of manual workers for 7 years, mainly for ad hoc assignments. Then it was time for a new challenge. And she found this new challenge at Galilei Berchem in March 2009. As Office Assistant she offers the necessary support to both her colleague-consultants and customers and candidates. Besides an administrative role, Bea also has a commercial role at Galilei. She maintains close contacts with different external partners.
