Marc Van Harneveldt is General Manager at Galilei. He started his career in insurance as an IT operator, where he held several ICT positions. In 1995 he joined Randstad as ICT Manager for the Group in Belgium and Luxembourg, while also providing support to several ICT-related projects for Randstad Holding. Marc Van Harneveldt was directly involved in the merger of Randstad and Vedior in 2007 and gained quite some experience in corporate integration projects, change processes and all human aspects involved in such projects. He studied IT. In addition, he has a Master’s degree in Commercial Science, specialising in Marketing. He also attended Senior Executive Training at the IESE Business School in Barcelona by order of Randstad.

Pascale Clauws is Career Services Manager at Galilei. She started her career as a school teacher and then made the transition to the retail sector. Pascale built up 17 years of experience there as Region Manager, Merchandise Manager and General Manager. Her affinity has always mainly been with people management. She played an important role in the implementation of competence management at Madibel and later in the reorganisation and corresponding change management after a takeover by C&A Group. Other domains of expertise include coaching, education/training/courses, recruitment and selection. At Galilei Pascale works in outplacement, career counselling and coaching. As a voice coach she also assists people who are looking for supported breath and voice use. Pascale Clauws studied German Philology at the University of Ghent. She was trained as a ‘Professional Coach’ by Rudy Vandamme, Coaching & Co.

Veerle De Cock is Business Development Consultant at Galilei. With 20 years of experience in different divisions of the Randstad group Veerle has gathered quite some expertise: in recruitment and selection, payroll administration and everything related to career management. With that experience, her management experience and in cooperation with her colleague experts, she advises customers to achieve sustainable and integrated HR solutions.

Dorine Hautekiet is Business Manager for Oost- and West-Vlaanderen. She has been working for Randstad group since 1982. She held several positions, including consultant and office manager, within the temporary work division. In 1999 she was part of the start-up and development of other HR divisions at Randstad, including Recruitment & Selection and Outplacement. Dorine currently gives advice to HR managers in the Oost- and West-Vlaanderen region with regard to reorganisations, restructuring, coaching projects, retention management etc. She has a Master’s degree in Translation and Interpretation.

Heidi Huybrechts is Business Development Consultant at Galilei for Limburg. She got her Applied Economic Sciences degree at the university in Diepenbeek. Because she likes to deal with people, she starts working as a recruitment consultant in 1997. She mainly focuses on the recruitment and selection of manual labour profiles. In addition, she was also commercially active on the job market in Limburg: prospecting, field coaching of new employees, networking, ... In the 12 years at Randstad she has gained large expertise of the job market in Limburg. In June 2009 she joined Galilei. Her mission? Make Galilei known in Limburg. She is mainly occupied with prospecting, both with regard to Career Services and Outplacement.

Marie-Caroline Mathelot is Business Manager for the Walloon region. She got her Master’s degree in Law at the university of Namur and Louvain-La-Neuve. After a career at the bar in Namur she enters the temporary work sector at Creyf’s (Solvus group) in 2001 where she first became consultant and then manager for Brabant-Wallon and Charleroi. In 2006 she switched to Randstad to become Branch Manager in Brussels. Since November 2010 she has been working at Galilei where she is in charge of the commercial development of activities in the field of Outplacement and HR Solutions in Wallonia.

Jean-Philippe Mulders is Business Manager for Brussels Capital Region and Brabant-Wallon. After having worked as head physiotherapist in Switzerland, he returned to Belgium. In 2004 he joined Randstad group as a regional Recruitment & Selection manager for Brussels and completed his knowledge about assessment and competence-based evaluation methods. The thread across his career is paying attention to the human aspect. He has an outspoken interest for people management and personnel management. As a Manager he is in charge of assisting candidates, managing the team in Woluwe and the commercial development of career services. Jean-Philippe has a Master’s degree in physical education, biology, physiotherapy (UCL), HRM (FUCAM) and a postgraduate degree in business management and marketing (ICHEC). He has 15 years of experience in business development and managing teams.

Inge Rijcken is Business Manager for Antwerp and Limburg. She has a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences (VUB) and has worked at Randstad group since 1987. She held several positions at Randstad Interim and managed several teams as a Manager. She also gave commercial training and field coaching. In 2004 she made a move to Randstad HR Solutions. There, Inge was trained in assessment techniques and competence measurements and she was introduced to outplacement. In 2006 Inge made a firm choice for Galilei and she accepted the responsibility for the teams in Antwerp and Limburg. She studies the different concepts of career coaching and propagates the outplacement services and career services in the two Flemish provinces.

Yves Vandenborre is Business Manager for Brussels Capital Region & Vlaams Brabant. He obtained a Master’s degree in Applied Economic Sciences and a Master’s in International Marketing. He mainly developed his career in a commercial marketing role, for companies in Belgium, France and the Netherlands. These national and international positions gave him the opportunity to gain experience in different industries, including construction, safety, horticulture and packaging. In 2003 Yves joined the Randstad group where he started as Business Manager in the temporary work sector. In 2010 he moved to Galilei where he is now working on different outplacement concepts and career services for the job markets in Brussels and Vlaams-Brabant.

Marie-Noëlle van Hoorebeke is Consultant at Galilei. With as Master’s degree in Law and a degree in Business Management she has broad professional experience in financial, commercial and HR aspects. As Relationship Manager in Deutsche Bank she developed, for 12 years, a strong financial and economic basis. Personal development and career management are domains which interest her thoroughly. For 8 years now she has been dedicated to individual coaching of people going through a career transition. In addition, she still works on the commercial side as well.

Gretel Vlogaert is Project Manager at Galilei Career Focus and Career Coach. She started her career as coach at Interlabor Interim and then she worked as branch manager for several branches for 10 years. Helping people to develop is one of her passions. She has been Internal Trainer at Randstad from the start of her career. In 2006 Gretel moved to the headquarters and became manager of the Training & Development department. Fascinated by coaching, supporting and discovering people and their talents, she launched the Career Focus project in 2009. In this project Gretel helps working people find the next step in their career. Together with them she sets up a personal development plan. Gretel studied to be a Commercial Engineer at the Solvay Business School VUB and then followed lots of other training courses in commercial techniques, coaching and leadership.
